Carson of Venus by Frank Frazetta

The various versions of this cover are all great, but I really dig this figure drawing of Carson for the title page.  Unfortunately, the figure drawing never made it into the latter editions of the paperback OR any of the eight coffee table books on Fritz I possess (and man, did I search)
